We are tackling global plastic pollution - and you will be part of the solution!
At traceless, we develop and produce a new generation of materials designed to integrate harmoniously into nature instead of leaving harmful traces. Our patented technology transforms agricultural residues into traceless®: a plastic-free, home-compostable and biobased granulate that works in harmony with nature - not against it.
As part of our team, you will contribute to our bold mission: replacing plastic at scale and building a climate-neutral, circular materials industry. More than just a job, this is your opportunity to join a science-driven, purpose-led and pioneering team determined to create real change.
Join us in collaboration with traceless® materials, a pioneering company of fully home-compostable biopolymers made from agricultural by-products and help shape the sustainable materials of tomorrow! As traceless scales up the production of its bio-based polymer, an alternative to conventional plastics, a sustainable sources of energy is needed. To support this mission, you will contribute to identifying and evaluating promising substrates for the biogas process.
Project DescriptiIn this Bachelor project, you will work closely with the Institut für Umwelttechnik und Energiewirtschaft (IUE) and traceless® materials. Your task will be to experimentally determine the biogas potential (methane and CO₂) of traceless side streams via anaerobic batch digestion according to VDI 4630 and conduct a preliminary economic feasibility assessment.
