As Head of Commercial Strategy, your mission is to systematically optimize product–market fit, actively drive the commercial industrialization of our materials, and prepare traceless for scalable international market expansion.
You work independently at the interface between R&D, production, and sales and take responsibility for prioritizing the applications, markets, and partnerships that are strategically most relevant for traceless.
Working closely with the management team, you connect market insights, sales activities, product development, and overall company strategy.
You bring an entrepreneurial mindset, strong decision-making ability, and the capacity to take responsibility and set priorities even under uncertainty.
Responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy Development: Develop long-term strategies for market development, pricing, and positioning of the traceless material portfolio.
Product-Market Fit & Product Roadmap: Own the product roadmap and the product–market fit process across all product lines, including establishing structured feedback loops that translate customer feedback into R&D priorities.
Segment Strategy: Identify and prioritize product segments based on market attractiveness and technical feasibility.
Commercial Launches: Plan and execute commercial market introductions for new products and applications.
Customer & Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop customer strategies, go-to-market approaches, and lead development strategies, and build strategic partnerships along the value chain.
Performance Management: Define and manage commercial KPIs and funnel structures to measure and steer product–market fit and market traction.
Forecasting & Commercial Planning: Align commercial planning with production and capacity planning to enable reliable market scaling.
Technology–Market Interface: Work closely with R&D, production, and sales to translate technological innovation into market-ready and commercially viable products.
Budget Responsibility: Manage the budget for the Commercial Strategy function.
Team Leadership: Build and lead the Commercial Strategy team with both commercial and technical expertise.
