Bei traceless entwickeln und produzieren wir eine neue Generation von Materialien, konzipiert, um sich harmonisch in die Natur einzugliedern, statt Spuren zu hinterlassen. Unsere patentierte Technologie verwandelt Reststoffe der Agrarindustrie in traceless®: ein plastikfreies, heimkompostierbares und biobasiertes Granulat, das im Einklang mit der Natur funktioniert – nicht gegen sie.

Aktuell befindet sich traceless im Übergang vom Pilot- in den industriellen Betrieb. Unsere Produktionsanlage wird derzeit hochgefahren und schrittweise stabilisiert. Prozesse, Dokumentation und Qualitätsroutinen müssen nun auf ein Niveau gebracht werden, das industrielle Robustheit, Audit-Fähigkeit und regulatorische Sicherheit gewährleistet.
In dieser Phase wird Qualität zu einer zentralen Führungsfunktion: Du baust die Strukturen auf, die stabile Produktion, Zertifizierungsfähigkeit und die belastbare Validierung unseres Nachhaltigkeitsversprechens ermöglichen.
Als Head of Quality übernimmst du die systemische Verantwortung für unser Qualitätsmanagement. Du baust ein integriertes Qualitätsmanagementsystem auf, das operative Quality Control und strategische Quality Assurance verbindet.
Du definierst Qualitätsstandards, Governance-Strukturen und KPIs und sorgst dafür, dass alle Bereiche innerhalb dieser Struktur arbeiten können und wollen.

Ziel ist die Etablierung einer skalierbaren Qualitätsarchitektur, die:

industrielle Robustheit und Audit-Fähigkeit sicherstellt
stabile und effiziente Produktionsprozesse ermöglicht
die erforderlichen Standards unterstützt, z. B. GMP+, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 22000 und/oder ISO 22716
Rückverfolgbarkeit und Dokumentationsstandards verankert
die Glaubwürdigkeit unserer Nachhaltigkeitsversprechen absichert

Deine Verantwortlichkeiten:

Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines unternehmensweiten Qualitätsmanagementsystems mit Fokus auf einer wirksamen Struktur für ein passgenaues QMS in einem schnell wachsenden Scale-up
Führung der Organisation zur ISO-9001-Zertifizierung sowie zu branchenspezifischen Zertifizierungen, z. B. GMP+, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 und/oder ISO 22716
Definition der Prozessarchitektur, Dokumentationsstandards und Governance-Strukturen gemeinsam mit dem Quality-Team und bereichsübergreifenden Teams
Sicherstellung der Audit-Fähigkeit und regulatorischen Compliance
Enabling der operativen Quality Control sowie Definition von Qualitäts-KPIs, die im gesamten Unternehmen verstanden und genutzt werden, um kontinuierliche Verbesserung voranzutreiben
Erstellung und Verwaltung von CoAs (Certificates of Analysis) und DoCs (Declarations of Conformity) gemäß Kund:innen und regulatorischen Anforderungen
Stärkung von Qualität als Vertrauens- und Glaubwürdigkeitsfaktor gegenüber Kund:innen, internen Teams und Partner:innen
Team Enabling durch Standards, Schulungen und Systemklarheit
Leitung des HACCP- sowie des Food-Safety-Teams
Strategische Partner:in für Operations, Sales, Engineering und Product Development

Dein Profil

Technischer akademischer Hintergrund (z. B. Ingenieurwesen, Produktion, Materialwissenschaften, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbar)
Führungserfahrung im Bereich Quality in einem industriellen Produktionsumfeld, z. B. in der Polymer-, Biomaterial-, Kosmetik- und/oder Lebensmittelindustrie
Fähigkeit, Prozesse so zu gestalten, dass sie einerseits ausreichend robust für Compliance sind und andererseits schlank genug, um Geschwindigkeit nicht zu hemmen
Bereitschaft, insbesondere in den ersten 12 Monaten sowohl strategisch als auch operativ zu arbeiten
Erfahrung im Aufbau oder in der Transformation von QMS-Strukturen
Fundierte Expertise in GMP+, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, ISO 22716 und/oder ISO 9001 (Auditor:innen-Zertifizierung von Vorteil)
Solides Verständnis von Produktionsprozessen und industrieller Skalierung
Erfahrung in nachhaltigkeitsgetriebenen, materialbasierten oder regulierten Branchen ist ein starkes Plus
Systemisches Denken sowie strukturierter, befähigender Führungsstil
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Your mission

We are tackling global plastic pollution – and you will be part of the solution!

At traceless, we develop and produce a new generation of materials designed to integrate harmoniously into nature instead of leaving harmful traces. Our patented technology transforms agricultural residues into traceless®: a plastic-free, home-compostable and biobased granulate that works in harmony with nature – not against it.

traceless is currently transitioning from pilot to industrial operations. Our production plant is being ramped up and gradually stabilized. Processes, documentation and quality routines must now be elevated to a level that ensures industrial robustness, audit readiness and regulatory reliability.

In this phase, quality becomes a central leadership function: you will build the structures that enable stable production, certification readiness and the resilient validation of our sustainability promise.

As Head of Quality, you will take systemic responsibility for our quality management. You will establish an integrated Quality Management System (QMS) that connects operational Quality Control with strategic Quality Assurance.

You will define quality standards, governance structures and KPIs, ensuring that all functions can and want to operate within this framework.

ensures industrial robustness and audit readiness
enables stable and efficient production processes
supports required standards such as GMP+, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and/or ISO 22716
anchors traceability and documentation standards

Development and continuous advancement of a company-wide Quality Management System, tailored to a rapidly growing scale-up environment
Leading the organization toward ISO 9001 certification and industry-specific certifications such as GMP+, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 and/or ISO 22716
Defining the process architecture, documentation standards and governance structures in close collaboration with the Quality team and cross-functional teams
Ensuring audit readiness and regulatory compliance
Enabling operational Quality Control and defining quality KPIs that are understood and used across the organization to drive continuous improvement
Creating and managing CoAs (Certificates of Analysis) and DoCs (Declarations of Conformity) in line with customer and regulatory requirements
Strengthening quality as a trust and credibility factor toward customers, internal teams and partners
Enabling teams through standards, training and system clarity
Leading the HACCP and Food Safety teams
