Mit unserer innovativen Technologie stellen wir aus pflanzlichen Reststoffen der Agrarindustrie ein innovatives und umweltfreundliches Biomaterial her - biobasiert, plastikfrei und kompostierbar. Ein Material, das keine schädlichen Spuren hinterlässt. Damit möchten wir möglichst viel Kunststoff ersetzen, der nicht recycled wird oder potentiell in der Umwelt landet, und traceless als führende Marke für Biomaterialien etablieren - und hier kommst Du ins Spiel.

Als Quality Assurance Expert:in (w/m/x) unterstützt du unser Laborteam mit wissenschaftlichem Know-How und Qualitätsbewusstsein und hilfts uns dabei höchste Qualitätsstandards zu garantieren und unser Wachstum weiter abzusichern. Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Prozesse und Produkte jederzeit unsere Qualitätsstandards erfüllen – von der Rohmaterialprüfung über Inprozess-Kontrollen bis hin zur finalen Produktfreigabe. Du entwickelst und betreust Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen, optimierst unsere Datenbanken und bist eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Labor, Produktion und externen Prüflaboren. Mit deiner Unterstützung hilfst du uns, traceless zum Marktführer für kompostierbare Biomaterialien zu etablieren.

Deine Aufgaben:

Planung, Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsprüfungen und Laborprozessen
Qualitätskontrollen von eingehenden Rohstoffen und Freigabeprozesse dokumentieren
Inprozesskontrollen während der Produktion organisieren und durchführen
Endkontrollen und Freigabeanalysen von Fertigprodukten
Entwicklung und Pflege von Datenbanken, Analysemodellen und Berichtssystemen
Planung und Durchführung von Stabilitätstests und Probenarchivierung
Organisation und Pflege des Inventars sowie Wartung und Kalibrierung von Laborequipment
Unterstützung bei der Prozessoptimierung und Entwicklung neuer Prüfmethoden
Koordination externer Labordienstleister:innen für Produktverifikation und Validierung

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrung in der Qualitätskontrolle und/oder Qualitätssicherung, idealerweise im Laborumfeld
Strukturiertes Arbeiten, analytisches Denken und Lust auf Eigenverantwortung
Sicherer Umgang mit Datenbanken und digitalen Tools
Du arbeitest genau, organisiert und methodisch.
Teamgeist, Hands-on-Mentalität und Spaß daran, neue Wege zu gehen
Du baust harmonische und effektive Arbeitsbeziehungen auf
Du packst gerne praktisch mit an und scheust dich nicht davor, dir die Hände schmutzig zu machen
Du denkst innovativ und lösungsorientiert, arbeitest gerne im Team und hast Sinn für Humor
Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift

Your mission

We are tackling global plastic pollution - and you will be a part of the solution!

With our innovative technology, we turn plant leftovers of the agricultural industry into a novel sustainable biomaterial - biobased, plastic-free, and compostable. A material that leaves no harmful traces. With this, we want to replace as many plastics as possible, and this is where you come in.

As a Quality Assurance Expert (f/m/x) you support our laboratory team with scientific know-how and quality awareness and help us to guarantee the highest quality standards and further secure our growth. You will ensure that our processes and products meet our quality standards at all times - from raw material testing and in-process controls to final product release. You will develop and supervise quality assurance measures, optimize our databases and act as an important interface between the laboratory, production and external testing laboratories. With your support, you will help us to establish traceless as the market leader for compostable biomaterials.

Your responsibilities:

Plan, perform, and further develop quality testing and lab processes
Conduct quality control testing of incoming raw materials and manage release documentation
Organize and perform in-process testing at various stages of production
Conduct final product quality control and manage batch release testing
Develop, maintain, and optimize databases, analysis models, and reporting systems
Plan and perform stability studies and manage sample storage and retention
Organize and maintain lab inventory, including calibration and preventive maintenance of equipment
Support process improvements and the development of new testing methods

Your profile

A degree in a natural science or a comparable qualification
Experience in quality control and/or quality assurance, preferably in a lab environment
Structured work style, analytical mindset, and willingness to take ownership
Proficiency in working with databases and digital tools
A collaborative spirit, hands-on mentality, and a drive to innovate
You can manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines
You can establish harmonious and effective working relationships
You think innovatively & solution-oriented, are a team player and have a sense of humor
You are highly proficient in both spoken and written German
You are highly proficient in both spoken and written English

About us

traceless is a young company - with a big vision: a future free of pollution and waste! Our award-winning company was founded in Hamburg in 2020 by our female founding duo Anne and Johanna. By now we are a diverse team from different disciplines, ages and twelve nationalities, united by our common mission: to contribute to solving plastic pollution and build the regenerative industry of the future.
