Mit deiner einschlägigen B2B-Erfahrung aus der Kunststoffindustrie, der Verpackungsbranche oder anderen relevanten Bereichen sowie deinem technischen Verständnis und strategischen Ansatz trägst du entscheidend dazu bei, traceless als Marktführer im Bereich kompostierbarer Biomaterialien zu etablieren und weiterzuentwickeln.

Als Teil unseres Product Management Teams spielst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Verwirklichung unserer Vision, die weltweite Plastikverschmutzung durch unsere nachhaltigen Alternativen zu reduzieren. Deine Aufgabe wird es sein, unsere nachhaltigen Lösungen auf den Markt zu bringen und langfristig zu etablieren.

Erarbeitung von innovativer Marktchancen: Durch internen Austausch mit Product Management und der Product Entwicklung, durch Besuch von Messen und Gesprächen mit unterschiedlichen Partner entlang der Wertschöpfungskette findest du neue Zukunfts-Potentiale für unser traceless Material.
Bewertung von Innovationsprojekten: Entlang des Innovationsprozesses gleichst du kontinuierlich den Product-Market-Fit gemeinsam mit der Produktentwicklung ab.
Potentielle Partner und Kunden identifizieren: Entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette definierst du bestmögliche Partner und Kunden, mit den denen traceless bestmöglich zukünftige Pilotanwendungen umsetzen kann.
Erarbeitung einer Verkaufsstrategie: Unter Berücksichtigung der bestehenden Produktsortimente und der traceless Positionierung erarbeitest du Argumentation und Preiskonzepte für erste Kundenkontakte für die Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios.
Kundenmanagement von der Pilotkundengewinnung bis zur ersten Vertragsunterzeichnung: Von Erstkontakt über Bemusterung führst du die ersten Kunden durch den Sales Funnel bis zur einer ersten technischen und kommerziellen Qualifizierung. Dabei überzeugst du Kunden in kommerziellen, technischen und nachhaltigkeitsbezogenen Gesprächen und verhandelst erste Pilotverträge.
Übergabe von erfolgreichen Projekten: Nach der erfolgreichen Validierung übergibst du die Projekte für den weiteren Roll-Out an Product Management und Sales.
Markt- und Kundeninformationen: Du bringst deine Marktexpertise aktiv in den Weiterentwicklung der traceless Business Strategie ein.

Deine Arbeitstage verbringst du Hybrid mit regelmäßiger Präsenz in einem innovativen Arbeitsumfeld mit Startup-Flair im ISI-Zentrum in Buchholz i.d.N..

Dein Profil

Akademischer Hintergrund: Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss in einem technischen oder wirtschaftlichen Fach und bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit.
Erfahrung im Vertrieb: Du hast Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb von erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten, idealerweise in den Bereichen Verpackung und/oder Kunststofftechnik.
Nachhaltigkeitsbewusstsein: Du teilst unsere Vision der Circular Economy und bringst ein tiefes Verständnis für nachhaltige Geschäftsmodelle und ökologische Verantwortung mit.
Kommunikationsstärke: Deine Stärke liegt in der Kommunikation mit Kunden, gepaart mit Verhandlungsgeschick und der Offenheit, auch Neues anzugehen.
Anpassungsfähigkeit: Du bist flexibel und anpassungsfähig, um in einem sich ständig verändernden Umfeld erfolgreich zu sein und neue Herausforderungen zu meistern. Start-up Erfahrung ist ein Plus.

traceless ist ein junges Bioökonomie Startup mit einer großen Vision: Einer Zukunft frei von Verschmutzung und Abfall. Unser preisgekröntes Unternehmen wurde 2020 von unserem Gründerinnen-Duo Anne und Johanna in Hamburg gegründet. Your mission

Identify and qualify new market opportunities for our innovative and sustainable materials, while securing the Product-Market Fit with initial contract agreements. With your relevant B2B experience in the plastics industry, packaging sector, or similar fields, along with your technical expertise and strategic mindset, you will play a key role in establishing and expanding traceless as a market leader in compostable biomaterials.

As part of our Product Management team, you will play a pivotal role in realizing traceless’s vision of reducing global plastic pollution through our sustainable alternatives. Your mission will be to bring our sustainable solutions to market and establish them long-term.

Evaluate and qualify potential customers: Qualify potential customers to ensure their strategic fit with our goals and values.
New customers' acquisition: Expand our customer base through targeted acquisition and develop long-term relationships based on trust and shared goals.
Customer care and network building: Develop existing customer relationships further, continuously expand your network within customers and ensure that our customers are satisfied and successful.
Support the sales process: Guide our customers through the entire sales process - from initial contact to sampling and contract conclusion through to market launch. Keep our CRM system up to date at all times.
Negotiate and convince: Convince customers in commercial, technical and sustainability-related discussions and negotiate prices and quantities according to the goals.
Interdisciplinary collaboration: Work closely with different departments, especially product management and application engineering, to develop innovative customer-oriented solutions that comply with the principles of the circular economy.
Market and customer insights: Carry relevant market and customer information into the company and derive new business opportunities from it.
Participate in trade fairs and events: Represent traceless at international trade fairs and events to maintain our network and strengthen our brand.

Your working days are mainly spent remotely, but you will also regularly be in an innovative working environment with start-up flair at the ISI Center in Buchholz i.d.N..

Your profile

Academic background: You have a university degree in a technical or business subject and at least 3 years of professional experience.
Sales experience (B2B): You have experience in sales of technical products, ideally in the areas of packaging and/or plastics.
Strong communication skills: Your strength lies in communicating with customers, coupled with negotiating skills and the openness to tackle new things.
Technical understanding: You have a solid technical understanding to effectively communicate complex products and their sustainability benefits.
Sustainability awareness: You share our vision of the Circular Economy and have a deep understanding of sustainable business models and ecological responsibility.
Hands-on mentality: You have a hands-on mentality and think in an innovative and solution-oriented way.
Independence and organization: You are characterized by a high degree of independence, organizational skills and commitment.
Teamwork and networking skills: You are a team player, build a strong network and bring a positive attitude and sense of humor.
Adaptability: You are flexible and adaptable to succeed in an ever-changing and dynamic environment and overcome new challenges. First experience in a start-up is an advantage.
Language skills: You are business fluent in German and English (oral and written).
Willingness to travel: You are willing to travel nationally and internationally to support our customers on site and take part in international trade fairs.
