Mit unserer innovativen Technologie stellen wir aus pflanzlichen Reststoffen der Agrarindustrie ein innovatives und umweltfreundliches Biomaterial her - biobasiert, plastikfrei und kompostierbar. Ein Material, das keine schädlichen Spuren hinterlässt. Damit möchten wir möglichst viel Kunststoff ersetzen, und für den Aufbau unserer internationalen Lieferketten kommst du ins Spiel!

Als Strategic Supply Chain Specialist (w/m/d) verantwortest du den Ausbau und die Skalierung unserer internationalen Lieferketten. Du erarbeitest Supply Strategien für unsere Hauptrohstoffe, profitable Vertriebskonzepte für unsere Nebenprodukte, etablierst die partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Lieferanten der Zukunft und gestaltest die sichere Lieferkette für unser größtes Ziel: Herkömmliches, erdölbasiertes Plastik in signifikanten Mengen zu ersetzen!
Mit deiner internationalen Supply Chain Erfahrung vorzugsweise aus dem Agribusiness, deinem Verhandlungsgeschick und deiner Zielstrebigkeit hilfst du uns dabei, traceless zum Marktführer im Bereich kompostierbarer Biomaterialien zu entwickeln.

Du entwickelst die Zukunftsstrategien für die internationale traceless Lieferkette unserer Hauptrohstoffe sowie die Absatzstrategie für unsere Nebenprodukte
Du qualifizierst potentielle Lieferanten
Aufbauend auf deiner Strategie, managed du den Beziehungsaufbau zu den Fokus-Lieferanten und führst du die Zusammenarbeit zum Erfolg - vom Erstkontakt über die Qualifizierung bis hin zur Vertragsverhandlung
Du sicherst den nachhaltigen und profitablen Supply für unsere zukünftigen, industriellen traceless Anlagen
Du baust unser internationales Lieferanten- und Nebenprodukt Abnahmenetzwerk kontinuierlich aus und arbeitest gleichzeitig eng mit dem traceless Team zusammen, insbesondere mit der Geschäftsführung, der Betriebsleitung sowie dem operativem Supply Chain Management, Produktentwicklung und Vertrieb
Du trägst Markt- und Lieferanteninformationen ins Unternehmen und leitest daraus Innovationspotentiale und Strategieempfehlung ab

Deine Arbeitstage verbringst überwiegend Remote, bist aber auch regelmäßig in einem innovativen Arbeitsumfeld mit Startup-Flair im ISI-Zentrum in Buchholz i.d.N. und ab ca. Mitte 2025 in Hamburg-Harburg.

Dein Profil

Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss in einem technischen oder wirtschaftlichen Fach oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, verfügst über mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain and Sales
Du bringst internationale Erfahrung im Agribusiness, insbesondere Rohstoffbeschaffung und Nebenprodukt-Vertrieb mit
Du hast Lust am Erarbeiten von strategischen Konzepten
Dich zeichnet eine hohe technische und fachliche Kompetenz und Kreativität in der Lösungsfindung aus
Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind verhandlungssicher
Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office sowie D365 Business Central sind von Vorteil
Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Verhandlungserfahrung
Du besitzt eine Hands-on-Mentalität und denkst innovativ und lösungsorientiert
Du bist ein:e Team Player:in und hast Humor
Du bringst nationale und international Reisebereitschaft mit

Your mission

We are solving global plastic pollution - and you will be part of the solution!
Do you have experience in building and scaling international supply chains, are you familiar with EU and US agribusiness and do you want to work on one of the biggest material innovations for the future? Do you focus on a high level of personal responsibility, disruptive solutions and sustainable supplier relationships? Do you want to grow as part of an ambitious start-up and take on responsibility? With our innovative technology, we produce an innovative and environmentally friendly biomaterial from plant residues from the agricultural industry - bio-based, plastic-free and compostable. A material that leaves no harmful traces. We want to use it to replace as much plastic as possible, and that's where you come in to build our international supply chains!

As a Strategic Supply Chain Specialist (f/m/d), you will be responsible for the expansion and scaling of our international supply chains. You will develop supply strategies for our main raw materials, profitable sales concepts for our by-products, establish partnership-based cooperation with our suppliers of the future and shape the secure supply chain for our biggest goal: to replace conventional, petroleum-based plastic in significant quantities!
With your international supply chain experience, preferably from the agribusiness, your negotiating skills and your determination, you will help us to develop traceless into the market leader in the field of compostable biomaterials.

You develop the future strategies for the international traceless supply chain for our main raw materials as well as the sales strategy for our by-products
You qualify potential suppliers
Building on your strategy, you will manage the development of relationships with focus suppliers and lead the collaboration to success - from initial contact to qualification and contract negotiation
You ensure the sustainable and profitable supply for our future industrial traceless plant
You will continuously expand our international supplier and by-product network and at the same time work closely with the traceless team, in particular with management, operations management, operational supply chain management, product development and sales
You bring market and supplier information into the company and use it to derive innovation potential and strategy recommendations

Your working days are mainly spent remotely, but you will also regularly be in an innovative working environment with start-up flair at the ISI center in Buchholz i.d.N. and from around mid-2025 in Hamburg-Harburg.

Your profile

You have a university degree in a technical or business subject or a comparable education, have at least 10 years of professional experience, ideally with a focus on supply chain and sales
You have international experience in agribusiness, in particular raw material procurement and by-product sales
You enjoy developing strategic concepts
You are characterized by a high level of technical and professional competence and creativity in finding solutions
You are business fluent in German and English
Experienced handling of MS Office and D365 Business Central is an advantage
You have very good communication skills and negotiation experience
You have a hands-on mentality and think innovatively and solution-oriented
You are a team player and have a sense of humor
You are willing to travel nationally and internationally

traceless is a young company - with a big vision: a future free of pollution and waste! Our award-winning company was founded in Hamburg in 2020 by our female founding duo Anne and Johanna.
