Mit unserer innovativen Technologie stellen wir aus pflanzlichen Reststoffen der Agrarindustrie ein innovatives und umweltfreundliches Biomaterial her - biobasiert, plastikfrei und kompostierbar. Ein Material, das keine schädlichen Spuren hinterlässt. Damit möchten wir möglichst viel Kunststoff ersetzen, der nicht recycled wird oder potentiell in der Umwelt landet, und traceless als führende Marke für Biomaterialien etablieren - und hier kommst Du ins Spiel.

Als operative Allrounder:in im People & Culture Team gestaltest Du gemeinsam mit uns die Personalprozesse in einem wachsenden GreenTech-Unternehmen. Du sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe in der Entgeltabrechnung, übernimmst Verantwortung in der Personaladministration und bringst Dich mit Deinen Ideen auch in Themen wie Employer Branding oder Prozessentwicklung ein. Besonders spannend ist diese Rolle, wenn Du Erfahrung in einem industriellen Umfeld – idealerweise im produzierenden Mittelstand mit Schichtbetrieb – mitbringst und gerne Verantwortung übernimmst.

Deine Hauptaufgaben:

People Operations & HR-Administration

Pflege und Verwaltung von Personalstammdaten, Arbeitszeitmodellen, Abwesenheiten und Dokumentationen
Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Reports, Statistiken und arbeitsrechtlichen Unterlagen

Lohn- & Gehaltsabrechnung

Mitwirkung bei der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung über Personio
Kommunikation mit Steuerberatung, Krankenkassen & Behörden

Mitarbeitererlebnis & Kulturarbeit

Mitarbeit bei Onboarding-, Offboarding- und Bindungsmaßnahmen
Umsetzung von Feedback- & Entwicklungstools
Zusammenarbeit mit Teamleads zur Unterstützung der Teamkultur

Employer Branding & Kommunikation

Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Employer-Branding-Maßnahmen
Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing zur Positionierung von traceless als attraktiver Arbeitgeber

Prozesse gestalten & weiterentwickeln

Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von HR-Prozessen (z. B. in Lohn, Zeit, Recruiting, Onboarding)
Mitgestaltung von Compliance-, Entwicklungs- oder Wellbeing-Initiativen

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Personalwesen, Verwaltung, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche: Lohnabrechnung, HR-Operations, Employer Branding, Personaladministration im industriellen Mittelstand
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Personio oder vergleichbaren digitalen HR-Management-Systemen
Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch
Freude an operativer Exzellenz, aber auch an Weiterentwicklung und teamorientierter Kulturarbeit
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind Voraussetzung

traceless ist ein junges Bioökonomie Startup mit einer großen Vision: Einer Zukunft frei von Verschmutzung und Abfall. Unser preisgekröntes Unternehmen wurde 2020 von unserem Gründerinnen-Duo Anne und Johanna in Hamburg gegründet. Your mission

We are tackling global plastic pollution - and you will be a part of the solution!

With our innovative technology, we turn plant leftovers of the agricultural industry into a novel sustainable biomaterial - biobased, plastic-free and compostable. A material that leaves no harmful traces. With this, we want to replace as much plastics as possible, and this is where you come in.

As an operational allrounder in our People & Culture Team, you will help shape the HR processes of our growing GreenTech company. You’ll ensure smooth payroll operations, take responsibility for HR administration, and contribute your ideas to areas such as employer branding and process development. This role is especially exciting if you bring experience from an industrial environment – ideally in a mid-sized production company with shift work – and enjoy taking initiative.

Your Key Responsibilities

People Operations & HR Administration

Maintain and manage employee data, working time models, absences, and documentation
Support the creation of reports, statistics, and HR-related documents

Payroll Support

Contribute to monthly payroll processes via Personio
Communicate with tax advisors, health insurance providers, and public authorities

Employee Experience & Culture

Support onboarding, offboarding, and retention processes
Help implement feedback and development tools
Collaborate with team leads to strengthen our team culture

Employer Branding & Communication

Assist in developing and executing employer branding initiatives
Work closely with marketing to position traceless as an attractive employer

Process Improvement & Development

Continuously improve HR processes (e.g. payroll, time tracking, recruiting, onboarding)
Contribute to compliance, development, and wellbeing initiatives

Your profile

Completed vocational training or degree in HR, administration, business, or a related field
Several years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: payroll, HR operations, employer branding, or HR administration in an industrial SME setting
Experience using Personio or a comparable digital HR management system
Structured, reliable, and independent work style with strong attention to detail
Enthusiasm for operational excellence and a collaborative, development-focused work environment
Fluency in both German and English – written and spoken – is required

traceless is a young company - with a big vision: a future free of pollution and waste! Our award-winning company was founded in Hamburg in 2020 by our female founding duo Anne and Johanna. By now we are a diverse team from different disciplines, ages and twelve nationalities, united by our common mission: to contribute to solving plastic pollution and build the regenerative industry of the future.
