Als Leiter:in Automatisierungstechnik (w/m/d) hilfst du uns, unsere Technologie von der Pilotanlage auf eine Industrieanlage zu skalieren. Mit Deiner Erfahrung in der Anlagenautomatisierung mit SIMATIC PCS7 hilfst Du uns, innovative technische Lösungen zu finden, um traceless als Marktführer für kompostierbare Biostoffe zu etablieren. planst und projektierst Automatisierungsprojekte für den Anlagenbau und Teile der Versorgungstechnik
programmierst SIMATIC PCS7 Prozessleitsysteme und Visualisierungssysteme auf Basis von R&I Fließbildern und Funktionsbeschreibungen des hausinternen Engineerings
überprüfst die korrekte elektrische Installation vor Ort / Feld und Schaltschrank
setzt die Automatisierung vor Ort in Betrieb
schulst vor Ort die Teams zur elektrischen Instandhaltung
konzeptionierst Automatisierungssystemen für zukünftige traceless Produktionsanlagen

Deine Arbeitstage verbringst Du in einem innovativen Arbeitsumfeld mit Startup-Flair im ISI-Zentrum in Buchholz i.d.N., und später am Standort unserer neuen Demoanlage in Hamburg-Harburg. An beiden Standorten bieten wir dir die Möglichkeit, Remote zu arbeiten.

Dein Profil

Du bist Ingenieur:in oder Techniker:in der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik mit mindestens 3 Jahren Erfahrung in der Prozessautomatisierung von Anlagen
Du hast Erfahrung mit Automatisierungssystemen in der Prozessindustrie
Du hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität und scheust dich nicht davor mit anzupacken
Du hast Erfahrungen im eigenständigen Management von Anlagenbau-Projekten und scheust auch knifflige Herausforderungen nicht
Du denkst innovativ, bist offen, ein:e Team Player:in und hast Humor
Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich)

Your mission

We are tackling global plastic pollution - and you will be a part of the solution! With our innovative technology, we turn plant leftovers of the agricultural industry into a novel sustainable biomaterial - biobased, plastic-free and compostable. A material that leaves no harmful traces. With this, we want to replace as much plastics as possible, and this is where you come in.

As our Lead Automation Engineer (f/m/x), you will help us to scale up our technology from our pilot plant to an industrial plant. With your experience in plant automatization with SIMATIC PCS7, you help us to find innovative technical solutions to establish traceless as the market leader for compostable bio materials. In this role you will...

Plan and engineer automation projects for Plant engineering and parts of supply technology
Program SIMATIC PCS7 process control systems and visualization systems based on P&ID and functional description of in-house engineering
Verify the correct electrical installation on site / field and cabinet
Commissioning of automation on site
Training of electrical maintenance group on site
Conceptual design of automation systems for future plants

You will spend your working days in an innovative work environment with start-up flair at the ISI Zentrum in Buchholz i.d.N., and later in our novel demo plant location in Hamburg-Harburg. At both locations, we offer you remote working options.

Your profile

You are an engineering or technician in electronics with at least 3 years experience in plant process automation
You have experience with automatization in the processing industry
You are also practically minded and do not shy away from getting your hands dirty
You have experience in managing projects independently and are not afraid of tricky challenges
You think innovatively & solution-oriented, are a team player and have a sense of humor
You are proficient in both spoken and written English and German
